What services do you offer?

We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management via video-conferencing (zoom).  Medication Management means prescribing medications, checking your response to medicine, and talking about things in your life outside of medication treatment.

In addition to this, we also provide: 

PSYCHOTHERAPY, PHARMACOGENETIC TESTING, LIFE COACHING, AND ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, medications will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.  You will receive refills so you do not run out between visits.

What are your fees?

Pricing ranges from $75 – $250 depending on appointment.

There is also a sliding scale available for those who qualify.

What ages do you treat?

FlipSide currently treats young adults (age 18) to seniors.

What is Telepsychiatry?

Telehealth is a safe and HIPAA compliant method for seeing your provider from the privacy of your home, work or wherever you may be. Utilizing both video and audio connection you will see and meet your provider in the comfort of your own home. Telehealth allows patient’s to have greater access and less restrictions with no need for travel time, or extended time away from work or school.

You will need an internet connection.  You will be prompted to download the free application Zoom either on your phone or computer for our visit.

What is a PMHNP?

A PMHNP is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is an Advanced Practice Registered nurse with specific and advanced training in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders and those illnesses related to mental health. 

How long are appointments?

New appointments are scheduled for one hour and follow-up appointments for thirty minutes.  If you have questions or concerns after or between your visits, you can directly text  or email us.

Will you work with my Therapist?

Our team greatly values the skill and benefits a therapist can provide.  For this reason, we are more than willing to work with your therapist in a conducive way toward benefiting your mental health. Additionally, we are also teamed up with a number of therapists in our area if you need help finding one.

What if I cancel an appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment by giving us a call.  There will be no charge when rescheduling if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
